Ami King

Ami (he/him) is a multi-hyphenated artist, public speaker, and community cultivator. In 2020, Ami followed his intuition and left the US at the age of 23 and has lived in 8 countries: Ecuador, Columbia, Peru, Costa Rica, Mexico, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. As the creator of ‘Ami’s Adventures’ on YouTube and Instagram, Ami authentically shares his story and experiences as a Black, queer, trans, COVID-conscious, and neuroexpansive world traveler and migrant. Through storytelling and also communities he’s created like “Dream Cultivating” and “Black, Queer and Abroad”, he also inspires other Black queer and trans folx to start their own journey of traveling, finding liberation, and even moving abroad.
